Private and Group Cello Lessons
I accept students as young as age four to teens and all adult ages! It's never to late to learn to play cello, and the earlier the better!
I believe the chemistry between a student and teacher are of paramount importance in the trajectory of a student's progress. For families who are new to Suzuki lessons begin with a "Suzuki parent education" process so that parents understand their role and value in their child's musical progress and can be primed to help their child succeed.
For "transfer" students (those who have had lessons already) an observation of me teaching one of my students as well as a trial lesson are required before beginning lessons.

All students receive a weekly private lesson, as well as monthly group classes (an essential component of students' growth, providing friendship and community, ensemble-building skills, and interactive ways to develop and learn new skills) and a semester recital.
I utilize a wide variety of repertoire to aid in the technical and musical development of every unique pupil, including supplemental technique and etude books where appropriate.
